RWC services offer welding inspection & certification, welding procedures and qualifications to recognized international standards & WPS’s.
Our experiences surveyors carry out inspection for welding procedures, recording parameters used by the welder which is then tested to international standards. Once tested and accepted a procedure will then be written up and issued to the client.
Our surveillance department can witness & verify welders that follow instructions, typically in the form of a Pwps/WPS.
The welded samples will then be taken and submitted for testing at our in-house laboratory. Once tested and deemed acceptable a welder qualification will be written up and issued.
At RWC Services you can receive an extensive training program for all levels, whether a beginner course or a refresher is what you are after our in-house senior welding inspector with over 40 years’ experience can tackle any training requirements. After practical training is carried out, our laboratory can section and examine test pieces to help focus on any areas that may require improvement.
